Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician Assistant to support the maintenance team at a local apartment complex.Job Responsibilities
- Assist with general groundskeeping and property upkeep
- Organize and maintain storage areas
- Paint parking lot lines and markings
- Support maintenance staff with various property improvement projects
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community environment
- Perform other general labor and maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
