Extension Recruiting is currently looking for a Maintenance Lead (supervisor) for our client in New Berlin, WI! Our ideal candidate will be able to lead a lean maintenance team while remaining actively involved on the production floor. This is not a desk management role - a successful candidate will be active on the floor, assisting with training, troubleshooting, and machine repairs.

- Primary schedule is M-F (9-5 or 9-6)

- Compensation is $80-110k based on experience

Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Lead maintenance technicians while remaining hands-on
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment
- Prioritize maintenance calls and drive preventative maintenance program
- Coordinate vendor repairs and manage maintenance inventory
- Support capital equipment installations
- Support conveyor systems and perform PLC troubleshooting

Qualifications
\n

- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 3+ years maintenance leadership preferred
- Stable work history
- Ideally 2+ years with recent employers
- Exceptions may be made for candidates from large bottling companies
