• Design and implement custom test solutions for both manufacturing and R&D

• Maintain 24/7 production test systems and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime

• Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to improve test performance and process capability

• Create and maintain SOPs, OCAPs, calibration routines, and validation procedures

• Monitor tool health, process performance, and key manufacturing metrics using SPC and statistical analysis

• Train operators, technicians, and engineers on test equipment and processes while collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure project success

What You Bring

• Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Ph.D. preferred)

• 5+ years of experience developing or maintaining Automated Test Equipment (ATE); 9+ years preferred

• Background in semiconductor, test and measurement, or a similar high-technology manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of optics, mechanics, and electronics theory

• Experience using high-speed laboratory test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, pattern generators, error detectors, and microscopes

• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and project management skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation

Preferred Qualifications

• High-volume semiconductor manufacturing experience

• Experience with statistical analysis, SPC, DOE, and engineering software tools

• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages

• Experience developing calibration and validation routines for automated test systems

• Proven ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer-facing teams

• Self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment

Why This Opportunity
