Aladdin Temp-Rite is seeking career-minded professionals with experience in the maintenance of manufacturing process equipment to join their team as an Maintenance Technician in our Hendersonville, TN facility.
Job Summary:
- Maintains all manufacturing process equipment and facilities at maximum efficiency, both mechanically and electrically.
Work Performed:
- Diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical issues in process equipment and facility systems
- Assemble, construct, rebuild, revise, and calibrate process machines and their related equipment.
- Inspect, test, analyze, and record process and facility equipment.
- Set up and operate machine tools.
Requirements:
- Six (6) years of experience with the maintenance of industrial process and facility equipment.
- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Good understanding of AC and DC circuits as well as PLC logic commonly used on manufacturing process equipment.
- Experience in the operation of all hand tools, hoists, and welding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Trade school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Physically able to lift 70 lbs., climb steps, and get into awkward positions and small areas to make repairs.
