Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join a high‑speed manufacturing facility as a Maintenance Technician, supporting 8–10 production lines in a fast‑paced environment with a strong, stable customer base. In this hands‑on role, you will maintain and troubleshoot high‑speed production machinery, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and conveyors to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on high‑speed production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair robotic equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Diagnose and service hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
- Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic systems to support reliable equipment operation.
- Conduct conveyor maintenance, including mechanical adjustments, repairs, and fault finding to keep material flow consistent.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and procedures.
- Use electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to perform accurate repairs and installations.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑speed production environment while adhering to safety standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders and support continuous improvement.
- Be willing to work overtime as needed to support production demands and equipment reliability.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical skills and grow within the organization.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Technical schooling, certification, or training in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
- Experience working with high‑speed production machinery.
- Exposure to robotics in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience in conveyor maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail in a production environment.

Work Environment
This is a hands‑on role in a clean, non–climate‑controlled manufacturing facility. Initial training is provided on 1st shift to help you learn the equipment, processes, and safety procedures. After training, you will work on 2nd or 3rd shift, with the operation transitioning to a 2‑2‑3 schedule in the near future. You will work around high‑speed production lines, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and conveyor equipment, following established safety protocols and procedures appropriate for an industrial setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Crawfordsville, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
