Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology and data-driven initiatives while managing cross-functional teams, strategic programs, and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project and portfolio management experience, along with technical knowledge of cloud data platforms, SQL, Python, and enterprise reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale enterprise projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee strategic portfolio and program management activities across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.
- Provide executive-level project updates, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams on technical implementation and system integration projects.
- Coordinate project activities across business, technology, and data teams.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to support project planning and decision-making.
- Develop and present executive communications, project documentation, and governance reports.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years (84 months) of enterprise project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience managing strategic portfolios and enterprise programs.
- Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience managing executive stakeholders and communicating with C-level leadership.
- Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience developing project performance reports, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Minimum 4 years (48 months) of experience coordinating closely with IT teams on technical projects.
- Minimum 4 years (48 months) of hands-on experience using one or more of the following:
- SQL
- Python
- R
- VBA
- Minimum 2 years (24 months) of experience working with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Snowflake.
