HumCap's North Dallas area client, is looking for a Maintenance Manager (in Manufacturing) to lead a team of field maintenance technicians who keep our customers' equipment running.

You'll balance hands-on technical leadership with day-to-day supervision — planning preventive maintenance, coaching technicians, and driving down downtime through root cause problem-solving.

This role suits someone who has spent years in the field, knows equipment inside and out, and is ready to lead the people who service it.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Field Maintenance Operations
\n

- Support daily field maintenance activities to keep service response timely and effective.
- Help plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for field-deployed equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance, service issues, and downtime; escalate critical issues as needed

Team Supervision & Support
\n

- Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of field maintenance technicians.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support to field staff
- Manage technician scheduling, workload balancing, and shift coverage

Equipment Reliability & Service Quality
\n

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Ensure maintenance work meets Lite-On quality standards and customer requirements.
- Track service history, repeat issues, and root causes to drive reliability improvements

Preventive Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
\n

- Build and execute preventive maintenance programs that reduce unplanned downtime.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation.

Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, standard work, and maintenance procedures.

\n
Safety & Compliance
\n

- Enforce client's safety policies and field service safety standards
\n
\n

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related technical field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in field maintenance, equipment service, or manufacturing maintenance.
- Prior experience leading or coordinating technicians required.
