OVERVIEW
A well-established multifamily owner and operator is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of a luxury, mid-to-large-sized suburban apartment community in the Memphis area. This leadership role is responsible for driving financial performance, leading onsite teams, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and maximizing the overall success of the community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Oversee the daily operations of a luxury apartment community.
Develop and manage operating budgets while driving NOI and overall financial performance.
Lead, coach, and develop leasing, maintenance, and onsite team members.
Oversee leasing, marketing, resident services, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Monitor occupancy, collections, and expense control to achieve property goals.
Build strong relationships with residents while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and operational procedures.
Analyze property performance and prepare financial and operational reports.
Collaborate with regional leadership to implement business strategies and operational improvements.

WHAT IT TAKES
3–5+ years of residential property management experience.
Experience leading, developing, and motivating onsite teams.
Strong budgeting experience with a proven ability to improve NOI.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with OneSite, YieldStar, Lead2Lease, Compliance Depot, or similar property management software preferred.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
