Multi-Family Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-family apartment community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, managing property financials, ensuring resident satisfaction, and leading onsite staff to achieve community goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Manage leasing performance, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention.
• Monitor budgets, rent collections, and property expenses.
• Supervise and support leasing and maintenance team members.
• Address resident concerns and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal and asset preservation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of apartment property management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, ResMan, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and industry best practices.
• CAM, CAPS, or other industry certifications are a plus.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
