Job DescriptionTemporary Maintenance TechnicianSchedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:
- $17.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Complete routine inspections of the property.
- Address basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
