Aureon Consulting is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Engineer (Systems Analyst) to design and build scalable data and integration solutions that support enterprise analytics and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, and dbt.
- Build and optimize data transformations, integrations, and orchestration workflows.
- Develop integrations using APIs, messaging platforms, and cloud technologies.
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Implement data modeling, governance, quality controls, and best practices.
- Monitor and improve data pipeline performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance data delivery and integration capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience with Snowflake, SQL, and dbt.
- Experience building enterprise-scale data pipelines and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, data warehousing, and data lakes.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance, and data quality.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Snowflake certification(s).
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of data engineering, systems analysis, or software development experience.
