Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to analyze business data, support reporting functions, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide insights, and support business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide recommendations to improve business processes, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Support reporting, dashboards, metrics, budgeting, and analytics activities
• Gather, define, and document business and system requirements
• Develop functional and process documentation
• Monitor system and process performance, escalating issues when necessary
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers
• Assist with organizing files, processing documentation, and preparing reports
• Support operational and administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience with Maximo
• 1+ year of experience in Restoration domain
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology, or related field
• Equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in an analyst role) will also be considered
