Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Moreno Valley. This position is responsible for maintaining production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Diagnose and repair conveyor systems and production machinery.
- Perform building maintenance including lighting, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, electrical controls, and 480V electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, electrical controls, and high-voltage equipment.
- Knowledge of conveyor systems and preventive maintenance programs.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
