We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Candidates must be dependable, able to work independently, and committed to providing quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Complete general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Perform work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
