Holiday Inn Express is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Worker to join their team of professionals! This position covers multiple properties located within the same complex and responsibilities include performing preventative and repair maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds.

Essential Job Duties Include:
- Conducts preventive maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds
- Performs routine electrical and plumbing repair
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18
- HVAC certification (preferred)
- EPA certification (preferred)
- Prior experience
- HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience
