On-Site Supervisor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Availability: Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed

Job Summary
The On-Site Supervisor is responsible for managing daily workforce operations while serving as the primary point of contact between clients, employees, and the company. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting recruitment efforts, ensuring successful employee placements, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The On-Site Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining staffing levels, improving employee retention, ensuring compliance with company and client expectations, and driving operational excellence within the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and employees to ensure a positive workforce experience.
- Support recruitment efforts through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach programs.
- Oversee daily on-site workforce operations and ensure client staffing needs are met.
- Manage employee attendance, including verifying daily check-ins/check-outs and addressing attendance concerns.
- Coordinate employee assignments based on client production needs and operational requirements.
- Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate daily expectations, safety requirements, and performance goals.
- Monitor employee productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance throughout each shift.
- Address tardiness, call-offs, and attendance issues while coordinating replacement associates when needed.
- Maintain accurate headcount and staffing levels to support client demand.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
- Conduct safety walk-through evaluations and promote a safe work environment.
- Review and verify daily reports, workforce records, and operational documentation.
- Complete payroll-related duties, including reviewing time records for accuracy and timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Provide ongoing support and problem resolution to employees and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supervising employees and coordinating daily operations preferred.
- Proficiency with attendance tracking, reporting, and payroll processes.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
