What You'll Do
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including cleaning, painting, and light repairs
- Maintain the overall curb appeal and cleanliness of the community
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Clean breezeways, amenity areas, parking lots, and common spaces
- Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects
- Perform pressure washing, light painting, and general maintenance tasks
- Support the maintenance team with basic repairs and preventative maintenance
- Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to the management team
- Help ensure the community is always clean, safe, and welcoming
What We're Looking For
- Previous porter, groundskeeper, make-ready, janitorial, or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
