Their mechanical and mechatronic components are used by major OEMs in the aerospace, automotive, agriculture, marine, and heavy truck industries.
What You Will Do
- Observe machinery and equipment in operation to identify mechanical issues and determine root causes of equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, and replace defective machine components.
- Perform routine, preventative, and planned maintenance on production equipment.
- Complete equipment changeovers and setup activities to support production schedules.
- Conduct machining of production parts as needed to support manufacturing operations.
- Perform maintenance duties including welding, metal fabrication, electrical work, pipefitting, and carpentry.
- Execute preventative maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs and maintenance activities.
- Follow all company safety standards, Right-to-Know requirements, and established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What You Will Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, mathematics, and mechanical systems.
- Experience working with industrial equipment, motors, and gears.
- Welding, fabrication, machining, electrical, pipefitting, and carpentry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
