Providence Real Estate is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our newest apartment community in Austin, Texas. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy solving maintenance challenges while providing excellent service to residents.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and attractive living environment for our residents.
Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
What You'll Do
You will respond to maintenance service requests, complete apartment turns, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and assist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repair work throughout the community.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have apartment maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. HVAC certification is preferred, and candidates with experience in residential maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
