Armed Field Supervisor
Los Angeles, CA
We are currently seeking a professional and dependable Armed Field Supervisor to join our growing team.
PAY RATE: Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Valid Armed Guard Card and required armed permits
- Must be armed and properly equipped
- Must be available to work multiple shifts
- Must be available to work weekends
- Bilingual IS A PLUS
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must know how to complete proper and accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods of time
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Job Duties:
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned locations
- Supervise and support security personnel in the field
- Maintain communication with staff, dispatch, and management
- Ensure all officers are following post orders and company procedures
- Respond to incidents and maintain a safe environment
- Complete detailed and accurate reports and DARs as needed
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
