The DNA Group is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Specialist to provide advanced onsite desktop support services.
Overview Requirements:
Provide technical support for Windows-based desktop and mobile environments. Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, iPhones, and iPads; support Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Adobe products, printers, copiers, Cisco/Webex conferencing technology, peripherals, asset management, troubleshooting, documentation, and user assistance.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
Required Experience:
• IT Degree or Equivalent Experience: 15+ years (Required)
• End User Troubleshooting: 11+ years (Required)
• Desktop & Peripheral Support: 11+ years (Required)
• Second-Tier Technical Support: 11+ years (Required)
• Incident Documentation & Tracking: 11+ years (Required)
• Microsoft 365 Support: Required
• Mobile Device Deployment & Management: Required
• Asset & Inventory Management: Required
