Compensation: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations at an affordable housing community. This role is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process—from initial inquiry to move-in—while ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct property tours, and follow up with prospective residents.
- Process applications, leases, renewals, and recertifications.
- Maintain waitlists, resident files, and accurate leasing records.
- Verify applicant income, assets, and household eligibility.
- Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations.
- Track leasing activity, occupancy, and conversion metrics.
- Support marketing, outreach, and resident retention initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
- Perform notary services as needed.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
