Are you the person in the room who keeps every trade on the same page? We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to quarterback MEP coordination from design through construction — running clash meetings, resolving conflicts across plumbing, electrical, fire protection, structural, and architectural systems, and keeping projects on schedule.

\n
What you'll do:
\n
🔹 Lead BIM/VDC coordination meetings and drive resolutions across trades
\n
🔹 Run clash detection and manage coordination in Navisworks
\n
🔹 Model and coordinate in Revit/AutoCAD
\n
🔹 Keep teams organized, accountable, and on deadline
\n
🔹 Communicate clearly — including with the tough personalities every jobsite has
\n
\n
What you bring:
\n
🔹 5+ years of BIM/MEP coordination experience (construction management or subcontractor background a plus)
\n
🔹 Strong working knowledge of MEP, structural, and architectural systems
\n
🔹 Revit & Navisworks experience preferred
\n
🔹 Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
\n
🔹 A calm, organized, collaborative approach under pressure
