Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties
- Market vacant units, conduct showings, and manage the tenant leasing process
- Screen applicants, execute lease agreements, and manage tenant relations
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor relationships
- Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct routine property inspections and ensure properties meet safety and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with property owners and provide performance reporting
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
- Arizona real estate license REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, or similar)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
