Bilingual Leasing Consultant – Multifamily Experience Required

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced, bilingual Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Willis, TX. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated professional who can deliver excellent customer service, generate leases, and help maintain strong occupancy.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous apartment leasing or multifamily experience required</li>
<li>Fluent in both English and Spanish</li>
<li>Must be willing and able to commute to Willis, TX</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills</li>
<li>Experience with leasing tours, rental applications, lease paperwork, and prospect follow-up</li>
<li>Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond to prospective residents and follow up on leasing leads</li>
<li>Conduct property tours and assist applicants throughout the leasing process</li>
<li>Prepare and process leasing paperwork</li>
<li>Assist current residents and address questions professionally</li>
<li>Support occupancy goals and resident retention efforts</li>
