What Youll Do

• Handle day-to-day maintenance of multiple apartment buildings and townhomes.
• Perform technical repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Repair/install appliances, maintain window screens/blinds, and service interior/exterior doors.
• Prepare units for new residents, rehab apartments, and complete work orders promptly.
• Assist with property inspections and partner closely with property managers.
• Communicate professionally with residents, team members, and visitors.
• Adapt quickly to schedule changes, especially when emergencies arise.

Preferred Skills

• HVAC and boiler experience (preferred, not required).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer/tablet skills.
• Ability to follow through and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar maintenance role.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (must be able to drive a truck with a trailer).
• Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. and climbing ladders.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime/weekend work.

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shift
• MondayFriday
• On-call rotation
• Weekends as needed
