Job Description

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Maintenance person to join our team! the ideal candidate must have an excellent work ethic, along a fast learner. We will train the right individual on all aspect of the operation.

Basic Job Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repair and machine/conveyer lines, ovens, equipment.
Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring.
Perform basic facilities maintenance.
Change out motors and drives as needed.
Follow PM schedule and document maintenance/repairs in CMMS.
Maintain material and supply inventory.
Basic knowledge of welding.

Essential Skills:

2 + Years previous experience as a maintenance performing repairs on production equipment.
2 + Years of experience performing preventative maintenance on production equipment
Ability to handle physical workload.
Fast learner.
Must be able to work O/T
Have basic knowledge to read prints.
Detail oriented.
Excellent communicator:

Shift Schedule:

------1st shift is 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday occasionally work Saturday.
------This is a permanent position based in Racine WI

Pay and Benefits:

-----The pay range for this position is $21 - $25 PH.-based experience. Off shift work will be compensated accordingly. Benefits include profit share, paid vacation/holiday Insurance and annual bonuses.
