- Attract and educate new employees
- Investigate and resolve agent issues
- Update and improve marketing strategies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential real estate brokerage
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with real estate agents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
