We are a locally owned HOA management firm looking for a hands–on manager who cares about building strong, well–maintained communities. You will work directly with volunteer boards to keep neighborhoods safe, attractive, and financially healthy.

You Will

Build positive relationships with homeowners and board members
Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs
Track budgets, process invoices, and monitor reserve funds
Lead community meetings and follow up on action items

You Are

Personable, organized, and decisive
Comfortable managing vendors and small projects
Experienced in customer service and basic bookkeeping

Professional HOA Property Manager Job

We are a locally owned HOA management firm seeking a detail oriented, organized, community minded HOA Property Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of homeowner associations in a stable, well–run management company, Cedar Management, Inc. This role combines property operations, vendor oversight, board support, and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for HOA boards and residents
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, landscaping, and vendor contracts
Prepare and manage budgets, monthly financials, and assessments collection
Schedule and attend board meetings; prepare agendas and meeting minutes
Enforce covenants, conditions, and restrictions with professionalism and consistency
Oversee property inspections and capital improvement

Qualifications

HOA property management experience preferred
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Basic accounting and budgeting experience
Familiarity with HOA governance and regulations a plus
