- Prior professional pest control experience required; three or more years preferred.
- Strong rodent-control background, including inspections, trapping, baiting, identifying entry points, and recommending exclusion.
- Ability to plan, manage, and complete a service route independently while maintaining high service standards.
- Knowledge of common structural pests, including mice, rats, cockroaches, ants, and occasional invaders.
- Ability to identify conducive conditions, select appropriate control methods, and clearly explain findings to customers.
- Experience using PestPac (pest management software) required, including route and service documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
