In this floating role, you will assist with leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and vendor coordination, all while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will also take the lead when the Community Manager is away, helping to maintain smooth operations and a high standard of service.
In addition to strong Assistant Manager experience, we’re seeking someone who is confident and proactive in leasing and sales, and who can consistently support occupancy goals through effective follow-up, closing, and relationship building.
