Property Manager- Condominium/HOA Team
Job Type: Full Time
Job Summary: Gardner Management Company is seeking a detail-oriented, highly-organized, enthusiastic property manager for their Condominium/HOA team. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and self-starter. Multi-tasking, prioritizing, organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and teamwork skills will ensure success in this position. The property manager will serve as the main point of contact for residents, and will handle maintenance requests, contractor communications, dues/rent collection, meeting participation, site visits, rental and reservation management, property communications (newsletters, violations, announcements, etc.), and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and triage incoming calls
- Manage, respond to, and distribute emails
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build trusted relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- General office upkeep (opening and sorting mail, retrieving voicemail messages)
- Correspond with and keep records of customer interactions with various properties regarding scheduling, address changes, leasing details and other miscellaneous projects/requests
- Maintenance workorder management and dispatch
- Filing (electronic)
- Data analysis
- Learn and read legal property documents
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (telephone, email, written correspondence, occasional in-person interaction)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
- Able to multi-task and work in a busy environment
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team
- Proactive, rather than reactive, work ethic
- Associates Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- Experience in property management or hospitality industry
