We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Janitorial Team Shift Leader to oversee and support our janitorial team during the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and previous janitorial experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the janitorial team during the assigned shift.
- Assign and monitor daily cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company and client standards.
- Assist team members with cleaning duties as needed.
- Train and support new team members.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address attendance, performance, and workplace issues.
- Communicate any concerns or issues to management.
- Ensure safety procedures and proper cleaning practices are followed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of janitorial/custodial experience required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Resume required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Friday.
Compensation & Schedule
$17.00 per hour
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
