Looking for a customer friendly individual with the skills and knowledge to maintain 104 room property. Individual with the abilities to multi-task, investigate, deduce and problem solve. Ability to work as a team player.Hotel maintenance experience at least 2 yearsHVAC and PTAC knowledge (certification is a plus)Knowledge in plumbing (certification a plus)Knowledge in minor electrical (certification a plus)Ability to repair and paint wallsAbility to patch plumbing leaks or install new fixturesAbility to stand/walk for 6 hours or moreAbility to lift 50lbs or moreAbility to work weekends and holidaysAbility to work days or nightsAbility to be able to respond to an emergency if necessary
