Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors throughout the facility
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other janitorial consumables
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces including door handles, countertops, and workstations
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain and organize janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies
Requirements:
- Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with minimal supervision needed
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a logistics environment
