We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Staff member to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing a variety of facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations across residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance. Duties

 Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

 Respond to tenant work orders

 Conduct repairs when able and necessary

 Lead facilities maintenance projects including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and structural repairs when able and contact outside vendors when necessary

 Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities.

 Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

 Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings (preferred).

 Skilled in general handyman tasks.

 Able to work some on call evenings and weekends

 Excellent communication skills in English
