The Shift Manager- Maintenance oversees maintenance operations during their assigned shifts, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally and that maintenance staff are effectively managed. This role is essential for maintaining operational continuity, safety, and the overall efficiency of maintenance activities within the organization.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff during shifts
Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs
Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain records of maintenance activities and shift reports
Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs
Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance personnel
