As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks in our residential facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new residents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance property appearance and functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in residential maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency maintenance situations.
