Maintenance Director

Job Summary:

At the Promenade at Tuxedo Place, we're not just building homes, we're building a community. As a Maintenance Director, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintenance, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform drywall repairs, patching, and installation.

• Interior painting and touch-up work.

• Handle general building maintenance and repairs.

• Repair doors, hardware, walls, and other building components.

• Assist with routine maintenance and upkeep of multiple properties.

Respond to maintenance requests and help maintain a clean, safe environment.
Requirements:

• Manage staff in a multui facility environment

  Assist with building projects and maintaining a safe and secure environment

• Experience with drywall, painting, and general maintenance

  Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Must be willing to travel between multiple buildings as needed.

• Must have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to use basic maintenance tools and equipment

• Participate in on-call schedule and respond to emergency calls as needed

• Perform other duties as required to maintain clean environmental standards

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience required (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
