Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Technicians will be responsible for completing work orders independently and as a group.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>General groundskeeping, removal of trash, leaves and snow.</li>
<li>Performing minor repairs to sidewalks, parking lot, lights &amp; roofing.</li>
<li>Maintaining &amp; trimming trees, shrubs and flowers</li>
<li>Assisting in vehicle maintenance.</li>
<li>Misc painting, carpentry &amp; cleaning</li>
<li>Observe and report property damage / safety concerns.</li>
<li>Some weekend work required each month</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields, 3 years preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload, climb ladders.</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License Required</li>
</ul>
Hourly pay commensurate with experience
