We are looking for a Residential Sales Consultant who is motivated, professional, and committed to helping homeowners improve their homes through a consultative, trust-based sales approach.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured process, enjoys meeting homeowners, and is confident guiding customers through decisions that lead to successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate interior and exterior painting projects

• Conduct on-site consultations and provide professional recommendations

• Prepare accurate proposals using our proven sales process

• Build trust with homeowners through attentive listening and clear communication

• Follow a structured sales system designed to create excellent customer experiences

• Confidently ask for the sale and close projects when appropriate

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution

• Represent the CertaPro brand with professionalism and integrity

Experience

• College degree and 3 years sales experience preferred
