Key Responsibilities
- Support production operations and lead complex maintenance activities
- Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance team capability
- Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, adjustments, alignments, and safety checks
- Troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision
- Use advanced hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Operate forklifts and lifting equipment such as hoists, cranes, and scissor lifts
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
- Maintain facility systems including plumbing, electrical, construction, and rigging
- Service and overhaul components such as motors, pumps, cylinders, and valve assemblies
- Prioritize maintenance tasks and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns
- Complete documentation and paperwork accurately
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work flexible shifts and overtime as required
