Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting commercial properties and performing pest control treatments using high-quality, environmentally responsible products. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to business clients while following a daily service schedule within your assigned route.Commercial route servicing restaurants, warehouses, offices, and industrial facilities.BenefitsWage comparable to $33 - $43 + / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)$2000 sign on bonus for any one with an active Washington commercial pest control license Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits are available.401(k) with company match and a generous employee stock purchase program.Paid training at $18 / hourPaid time off and paid holidaysOnce your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement.QualificationsRequired1+ year of commercial pest control experience2+ years of service-related experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to provide excellent customer service in a B2B environmentMust be 18 years of age or overValid driver's license with a clean driving record.
