Behind every property that goes live, there’s someone making sure the details are right, appointments are coordinated, information is where it needs to be, and nothing gets missed.

Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – The Salas Team is looking for a Listing Team Support Specialist to help our Listing Team move properties from preparation to market with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, real estate, and getting the little details right. You’ll work closely with agents and the Listing Team, coordinate moving pieces, communicate with clients and vendors, and help ensure every listing is ready to make a strong

first impression.

Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and maintain listing paperwork, files, and databases
Coordinate listing appointments and property showings
Answer calls, respond to emails, and provide professional client support

Qualifications:

What You Bring (Must-Haves):

HS diploma or equivalent; strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common computer applications
Experience in real estate or customer service preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid Texas driver's license

Nice-to-Haves:

MLS and transaction platform knowledge
Texas real estate license or pursuing one
