Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Meet with buyers and sellers and guide them through transactions
- Follow up with leads and manage appointments using CRM
- Conduct showings, consultations, and open houses
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through closing
- Build relationships that drive referrals
- Attend training, coaching, and weekly team meetings
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Active Real Estate License or currently pursuing one
- Full-time commitment to a real estate career
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Coachable, ambitious, and eager to grow
- Sales experience preferred, but mindset and coachability matter most
