Must Have Skills:
\n

- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with the ability to design, build, and ship secure production systems.
- Deep expertise in application and infrastructure security, including threat modeling, secure code reviews, vulnerability management, and security automation.
- Strong AWS cloud security experience, including containers, networking, secrets management, and securing multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Experience building security for modern enterprise platforms, ideally within AI/LLM, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, or other enterprise or regulated environments.
- Ability to own security end-to-end while partnering closely with engineering teams and supporting enterprise customer security reviews and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities and Job Details:

- Serve as the first dedicated Security Engineer, building and owning the company's security program from the ground up.
- Design and implement security controls across application, infrastructure, cloud, and corporate environments.
- Partner closely with software engineering teams to integrate secure development practices throughout the SDLC.
- Lead threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and secure code review initiatives.
- Build and automate vulnerability management, security tooling, and detection capabilities.
- Secure AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, containers, networking, and secrets management.
- Strengthen security for AI and enterprise platforms, including protecting multi-tenant systems and customer data.
- Support customer security assessments, questionnaires, audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD security best practices.
- Help shape security strategy across product security, infrastructure security, information security, and customer-facing security.
- Work on complex security challenges involving modern AI systems, enterprise cloud platforms, and Fortune 500 production environments.
- Collaborate across engineering and leadership to establish a scalable, security-first culture.
