Pinnacle Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Facility Manager on behalf of a well-established industrial services company in Bakersfield.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy facility, including personnel, dispatch, inventory, fleet and equipment, safety, and overall operational performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys solving problems, developing teams, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility, yard, and warehouse operations.
- Lead and develop facility personnel while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
- Coordinate dispatch activities and support daily field operations.
- Oversee inventory, receiving, shipping, and material handling.
- Manage fleet and equipment maintenance, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Partner with customers, vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, industrial services, manufacturing, construction, or a similar environment.
- Previous experience leading teams and managing daily operations.
- Knowledge of fleet operations, dispatch, inventory management, and equipment coordination.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety compliance preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
- Class A CDL or experience working with commercial vehicles is a plus.
