Job DescriptionApartment Community Assistant Manager

Be the heartbeat of our community. Join us as an Assistant Community Manager and help make every resident feel at home!

Nationally recognized apartment management company is hiring for advanced Assistant Property Managers to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collecting rent and ancillary fees from residents
  • Collections of delinquent accounts
  • Posting income and deposits
  • Inspection of apartment homes after move-out
  • Sales and customer service with current and prospective residents; leasing apartments
  • Office management and support


Required Qualifications:

  • Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
  • Apartment software experience is a bonus.
  • Valid I.D. Required
  • Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
  • Bilingual candidates are always in high demand.


Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
