Apartment Maintenance Technician – Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $24–$27 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Worcester, MA
Opportunity: Temp-to-hire
The Liberty Group is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity in Worcester.
We’re looking for a dependable technician who has worked in an apartment or residential-property environment and can complete routine work orders and apartment turns without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:

Respond to resident service requests

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
-
Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing repairs
-
Complete basic electrical repairs involving outlets, switches, fixtures, and lighting
-
Repair drywall and complete painting and touch-up work
-
Repair or replace locks, hardware, fixtures, and appliance components
-
Complete minor carpentry and general building repairs
-
Assist with preventive maintenance and property inspections
-
Maintain professional communication with residents and onsite staff
Required Qualifications:

At least one year of apartment, multifamily, or residential property maintenance experience
-
Previous experience with apartment turns and occupied-unit work orders
-
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
-
Ability to prioritize and complete routine repairs independently

Reliable transportation to Worcester

Basic hand tools

Dependable attendance and follow-through

Interest in a long-term position
EPA or HVAC certification is a plus but is not required unless otherwise discussed during screening.
