We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations on the NIGHT shift. If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Training Requirement
- All new hires will complete 1–3 months of paid training on 1st shift before transitioning to nights.
Night Shift Schedule
- Rotating 12-hour shifts
- Sunday through Friday
- 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues
- Support robots, presses, and automated production equipment
- Read schematics, manuals, and work orders
- Work closely with production to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety procedures and plant standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field or 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work at heights, and work safely in an industrial environment
- Forklift experience or the ability to become certified is a plus
